While the software has undergone multiple upgrades to make it highly user-friendly, in 2024 GrowSure made a deliberate decision not to offer it as a standalone SaaS product.

GrowSure is a complete process embedded in a platform and supported by outreach experts. We run weekly calls and work closely with clients to build and implement their strategy and tactics.

We co-create the plan with you and manage its execution end-to-end.

Many companies create sales decks and support materials, but it’s still common for salespeople to make their own. This leads to multiple messages in market, conflicting information, and highly paid sales professionals spending time creating content instead of selling.

We work with you to build centralized tools, scripts, and resources so every person delivers a clear, consistent message every time.

GrowSure is assisted software, which means every subscription includes support through weekly calls that help you build the right plan for your market. There’s no need to learn the software upfront—you’ll pick it up over time. Its role is to enforce your process and become the outreach brain of your business.

You bring industry knowledge we don’t have. You are the expert on your product and your market. We help you capture that knowledge from multiple stakeholders and use it as the foundation for your plan.

At no point during a GrowSure engagement are you left on your own. It’s not just coaching and software—you also benefit from insights and learnings across many other GrowSure engagements that we share with you.

What are my chances of success?

Fair to say that with the GrowSure people, process and software on your side your chances increase exponentially.

Companies focus on the outputs of sales and revenue but only focussing on pipeline and what will close does little to fill the pipeline with additional prospects who can and probably will buy from you.

Funding resources such as salespeople or marketing spend to chase non-buyers is a very bad strategy and distorts pipelines.

Very few companies have the skill or resources to have a prospecting dedicated person and almost no companies have a prospect expert with access to examples from multiple clients to help keep you on the right path, thats some of the expertise we bring to the table

I am not sure what is the best way forward

 

First, we’ll book a time to hear your story and quickly assess whether we’re the right fit. Because we work in longer-term engagements, we only partner with clients where we see a real chance of success.

We’re confident in our capabilities and our platform is a genuine game changer. However, if your product is no longer wanted by the market, we won’t be able to help.

After the initial conversation, we’ll define a clear brief, confirm the resources you’ll need to commit, outline the GrowSure resources involved, and agree on fees and meeting schedules.

We encourage broad stakeholder involvement and strongly recommend executive engagement with reporting through to board level.

We group your stakeholders into three roles: those who manage the day‑to‑day build, those who provide input, and those who approve the final outputs.

By the end of the build, you’ll have a highly detailed plan ready to deploy or use for investment or finance.

A GrowSure plan typically runs to around twenty to thirty pages of inputs that underpin the plan. Showing all inputs makes it easier for them to be challenged, tested, and improved.
