How do I test our outreach capability

When you know the process you can apply that process against your current actions and resources and the areas of improvement become very clear.

But some things you can do today for no cost.

Question your team to describe your company pitch, who your target market is, how they construct pitches to engage the target market, how they engage the target market and what tools and content they use.

Capture recent LinkedIn invitations and messages, capture opening emails sent and follow up emails.

Assess the consistency of the messaging from person to person and assess is the messaging design to open a door to talk or heavy pitch to find a sale.

Does your prospect dat management system track your ability to engage with the market or just pipeline quality and quantity.

 

What is your data management policy, are LinkedIn followers migrated to direct nurturing and how do you leverage the connections of your team

Companies sometimes build presentation decks for salespeople to use and other support material but what is also wide spread is salespeople creating their own content.

What are my chances of success?

Fair to say that with the GrowSure people, process and software on your side your chances increase exponentially.

Companies focus on outputs, outputs are sales and revenue but focussing on pipeline and what will close does little to fill the pipeline with additional prospects who can and probably will buy from you.

Funding resources to chase non-buyers is a very bad strategy and distorts pipelines.

Very few companies have the skill or resources to have a prospect dedicated person and almost no companies have a prospect expert with access to examples from multiple clients to help keep you on the right path.

I am not sure what is the best way forward

In every instance the first step is to set up a time some we can hear your story and we can soon tell you if we can help. Because we work in extended engagements we cannot work with clients where we have no hope of success.

We are good at what we do and our platform is a game changer but if you have a product that the market no longer wants then we cant help.

After the first engagement we will work out a brief, what resources you will need to commit and what GS resources and work out the fees and meeting schedules.

We encourage a wide range of stakeholders and strongly advice Executive involvement and reporting through to board level.

We split your stakeholder into those who manage the day to day of the build, those who provide input and those who sign off on the output.

At the end of the build you have a highly detailed plan ready to deploy, or use for investment or finance.
