NCIS Group positioned themselves as providers of IT services following the implementation of GPON technology.
However, GrowSure recognized a much deeper impact. They addressed the benefits of enhanced communication, heightened user satisfaction, and increased family contentment by providing secure connections, especially during challenging times like the Covid lockdowns.
By altering the company's description, new avenues of discussion emerged, focusing on resident satisfaction rather than solely IT performance. This shift ultimately resulted in larger and more diverse project opportunities.
I am not a salesman but since going through the GrowSure process and building our twelve month growth plan for the first time I am in control of the actions we take and the money we spend to find new business.
