LCD Media had an idea to build a new media platform to combine the producers of business content with the buyers of business content.

They struggled to describe the concept and business benefits. GrowSure captured and defined the company goals, description, markets, role types and built their complete go-to-market and plan investor deck.

BizDore is actively seeking funding from international venture capitalists, with the valuable assistance of GrowSure, to not only secure the necessary funds but also establish a robust growth strategy for the future.

Working with GrowSure has been a rewarding and worthwhile experience. I have learnt a great deal, primarily that what I thought was needed in terms of financing a project was way under budget.

NCIS Group positioned themselves as providers of IT services following the implementation of GPON technology.

However, GrowSure recognized a much deeper impact. They addressed the benefits of enhanced communication, heightened user satisfaction, and increased family contentment by providing secure connections, especially during challenging times like the Covid lockdowns.

By altering the company's description, new avenues of discussion emerged, focusing on resident satisfaction rather than solely IT performance. This shift ultimately resulted in larger and more diverse project opportunities.

I am not a salesman but since going through the GrowSure process and building our twelve month growth plan for the first time I am in control of the actions we take and the money we spend to find new business.

We put all of our organic growth ideas through the GrowSure steps in the software and use the platform to build the segments, the campaigns even down to the linkedin messages and phone call scripts. It is fair to say our tactics now have a laser focus, it has changed everything we do around finding new clients
