Do I qualify to join the outreach community, not every one does

Things you can do and cannot do as part of the community

Membership is complimentary, yet adherence to our code of conduct is mandatory for all participants.

Should any member violate these guidelines in a manner deemed significant by GrowSure, they will face removal from our community and lose access to its privileges.

Self-promotion by consultants or businesses is not permitted. Attempts by companies to market additional products or services will lead to exclusion. While we welcome diverse viewpoints and constructive dialogue, personal attacks or disparaging beliefs are strictly prohibited. Our goal is to offer a variety of perspectives, empowering individuals to form their own informed opinions.

Can I get paid for referring prospects to GrowSure

GrowSure primarily fuels its growth by engaging in outreach initiatives. There are several indicators that signal when outreach efforts are underperforming, such as increased job postings and high staff turnover. Nonetheless, we remain vigilant in our search for companies struggling with their outreach efforts.

We offer a referral bonus of up to $5,000 AUD for successful leads and collaborate with a diverse portfolio of companies and high-net-worth individuals (terms and conditions apply).

Can Growsure help me prepare for an interview

When a GrowSure client company commits to change, it profoundly impacts several aspects, especially recruitment.

Job descriptions must mirror the go-to-market strategy, and we equip our clients with comprehensive assessments of final candidates for roles including Senior Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, and Salespeople.

This process leaves little room for error, and to guide our clients effectively, we host regular webinars that detail the entire procedure.

How can I become an Advisor and start my own advisory business?

Becoming an advisor requires a deep understanding of our platform and the unique insights it provides. To ensure this, advisors are expected to either have been active subscribers for at least a year or to participate in an intensive, regularly scheduled training and coaching program offered by GrowSure.

While advisors may find value in their existing networks, GrowSure emphasises a solution-focused approach — we targeting outreach problems rather than targeting individuals. Thus, having a network is beneficial but not a mandatory prerequisite.

When companies and outreach professionals become familiar with and start using the GrowSure platform they begin to realise how many steps are missed everyday that end up in wasted outreach spend and poor results.

Companies have two choices, train an internal resources or contract and external GrowSure professional who has access to learnings from all the GrowSure engagements and can leverage the GrowSure advisor team.

Our advisors help companies build their initial plan, then retained to deploy and improve the plan.

You work for yourself supported by GrowSure, we are not bound by borders, timelines or hourly rates, we charge for outcomes.

Outreach Community Code of Conduct

This code of conduct is essential to ensure that all member of the GrowSure outreach community, acknowledge and adhere to a standard of behaviour that promotes respect, fairness, and a positive environment. 

GrowSure Outreach Community Code of Conduct

1. Introduction

The GrowSure Outreach Community (hereinafter referred to as "the Community") is committed to promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all members.

2. General Principles

All members of the Community are expected to:
- Act with integrity and respect towards others at all times.
- Do not promote any product or service
- Do not denigrate or attack the opinion or comments of any other member of the Community
- Accept decisions of officials without dispute.
- Refrain from using inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language and gestures.
- Make an effort to like, comment, share posts of GrowSure and the Community.

3. Disciplinary Actions

GrowSure reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against any member who breaches the Code, including but not limited to:

- Verbal or written warnings.
- Suspension from participation in Community activities.
- Expulsion from the Community.

4.  Reporting Violations

Any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the Community's designated official at info@grow-sure.com.au. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.

5. Review and Amendments


This Code of Conduct will be reviewed annually and may be amended by the GrowSure as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

By following this Code of Conduct, we can ensure that the Community remains a worthwhile use of time and resources for all.
