Am I the right fit for outreach improvement?

Most of our clients are already spending on outreach either by directly funding activity or by the use of resources and time.

Our role is to make that time and spend effective.

Are you the right fit, if you are willing to work with us and to follow the process you build with us specifically for your company, then outreach success can be yours.

We have a marketing team so why do this?

That is an excellent question and to answer you first need to understand the key difference between marketing spend and outreach spend.

Marketing are expert at using a well defined process taught in Universities to identify buyers and to advertise where they are exposed to your promotional content. They focus on finding companies and people who have made the decision to buy.

Outreach does not replace that it compliments that. 

A pitch build using GrowSure outreach varies substantially from a marketing pitch. Marketing talks to the reasons you should buy form us where outreach talks to you should talk to use.

Marketing talks to the value proposition of you give us your money and we will give you our product- outreach talks to if you give us your time we will give you some valuable information.

Using marketing built pitches for outreach can be problematic but when sales and marketing work together to co-pitch thats when you can break through

What if I struggle learning the software?

The GrowSure process has been built, tested, used and rebuilt over a seventeen year period by multiple Sales Leaders, Marketing Leaders, Venture Capitalist, Board Members and Business Owners.

It is not a process built on opinion it is best practice used to deploy in the market.

Although the software has been through multiple upgrades to make it incredibly user friendly GrowSure made the decision in 2024 that the software cannot be sold as a stand alone SaaS sale.

GrowSure is a process built into a platform supported by outreach experts. We have weekly calls and work with clients to build and implement their strategy and tactics.

What help does GrowSure give me?

As stated GrowSure is assisted software, we help you very step of the way right through to deploying and improving your plan.

You have industry knowledge we don't have , you are the smartest person in the room. We help you capture that from multiple stakeholders and use that as inputs to build your plan.

There is no time during a GrowSure engagement that you are left alone and its just not our coaching and software its the sharing of multiple GrowSure engagements that we share with you.

If we find a growth speed hump where something is not going to plan your plan will be workshopped by our extended team until we find the best path forward.

What are my chances of success?

Fair to say that with the GrowSure people, process and software on your side your chances increase exponentially.

Companies focus on outputs, outputs are sales and revenue but focussing on pipeline and what will close does little to fill the pipeline with additional prospects who can and probably will buy from you.

Funding resources to chase non-buyers is a very bad strategy and distorts pipelines.

Very few companies have the skill or resources to have a prospect dedicated person and almost no companies have a prospect expert with access to examples from multiple clients to help keep you on the right path.

GrowSure provides expertise and support that companies cannot build themselves, thats the GrowSure difference.

I am not sure what is the best way forward

In every instance the first step is to set up a time some we can hear your story and we can soon tell you if we can help. Because we work in extended engagements we cannot work with clients where we have no hope of success.

We are good at what we do and our platform is a game changer but if you have a product that the market no longer wants then we cant help.

After the first engagement we will work out a brief, what resources you will need to commit and what GS resources and work out the fees and meeting schedules.

We encourage a wide range of stakeholders and strongly advice Executive involvement and reporting through to board level.

We split your stakeholder into those who manage the day to day of the build, those who provide input and those who sign off on the output.

At the end of the build you have a highly detailed plan ready to deploy, or use for investment or finance.

A GrowSure plan is somewhere between twenty to thirty pages of inputs to build the three page plan, it shows all the inputs to be challenged and improved.
