How do I become an outreach advisor?
The first step is to have a conversation, fill in the form below and we will set up a time.
You may be a team of advisors, a lone wolf or a considering starting your own business. There is no joining or training costs but all outreach advisors need to be subscribers themselves to use the platform daily in their own business.
There are entry level individual plans through the multiple person or multi team plans. We do have a certification process designed to protect our brand and the businesses of advisors who rely on our brand.
What training will I receive?
To become certified as an Outreach Advisor you need to have completed three training and assessment sessions. These may be conducted one on one or in teams sessions.
Session One : Using the platform, understanding the reasons behind the process and how to include multiple stakeholders in a company.
Session Two : Using the GrowSure process and templates to engage with your market and win business. The session also include how to quote business and become a retained expert.
Session Three : Demonstrating capability : You present GrowSure back to us and we help you fill in the holes. We are here to help during this period and for as long as you remain certified and a GrowSure subscriber.
How should I describe myself?
Advisors should describe themselves as they see fit to align themselves with their target market, such as "Independent Growth Advisor".
Detail your expertise in outreach, that you use the GrowSure outreach process and are certified to advisor clients on the process and use of the platform.
What are my chances of success?
Becoming a consultant is not a job for the faint hearted and in reality many try and fail. Many find out that it was the job they held more than the relationships they made when they reach out as a consultant looking for projects.
Many capable people leave the corporate world leveraging existing relationships which is a great way to start but be warned that generally within two years those relationship run out and you will need to become expert at outreach and learn how to win.

Services and fee's
Clients subscribe directly on the GrowSure platform and then contract directly with you for your advisory services - GrowSure is not a party to that agreement. You have the ability to charge your fees as you see fit allowing for market expectations. If GrowSure refers you a client you contract directly with the client for advisory.

What are the rules?
You must maintain a GrowSure subscription, we insist that anyone instructing others how to best use the process and platform do so themselves, that rule includes GrowSure.
GrowSure is built so that you can manage all your clients through a single log-in and switch between clients plans at will. The platform was built for advisory use so its is very user friendly.
GrowSure uses and enforces its code of conduct, and advisors maintain accreditation based on client feedback, not unlike the Uber ratings. Our goal being to not to apply rules around your activities or your business but to protect the brand for all advisors to prosper.
Our agreement authorises us to maintain agreed contact with your clients for customer feedback both on the platform and the support they receive.
Will GrowSure help me find clients?
When you learn and use our outreach buyer engagement system you will be surprised how many take your calls and want to hear the story. We will provide you with the same scripts and templates as we use and the targeting we have proven.

What market intel will I get from GrowSure?
This is a big competitive advantage. No consultant or internal employee will have the front line information that you will receive. We have Ai functionality built into the platform and as our client base grows we will use that information to track and share trends.

The agreement between you and GrowSure spell out what has been shared here. There are no fee's and agreements although twelve months long enable either party to leave giving a month notice.
