How do become an Outreach Advisor?
You may be a team of Advisors, a lone wolf or a considering starting your own business. We do have a certification process designed to protect our brand and the businesses of Advisors who rely on our brand.
There is no costs but we do require that all Outreach Advisors are GrowSure subscribers on either an individual or team plan.
What training will I receive?
To become certified as an Outreach Advisor you need to have completed three training and assessment sessions.
These may be conducted one on one or in teams sessions.
Session One : Using the platform, understanding the reasons behind the process and how to include multiple stakeholders in a company.
Session Two : Using the GrowSure process and templates to engage with your market and win business. The session also include how to quote business and become a retained expert.
Session Three : Demonstrating capability : You present GrowSure back to us and we help you fill in the holes. We are here to help during this period and for as long as you remain certified and a GrowSure subscriber.
How should I describe myself?
Advisors should describe themselves themselves as they see fit and in line with their target market adding that they are expert in outreach, use the GrowSure outreach process and are certified to advisor others on the process and use of the platform
Services and fee's
Clients subscribe directly on the GrowSure platform and then contract directly with you, GrowSure is no a party to that agreement.
Outside of market value you have the ability to charge your fees as you see fit.
If GrowSure refers you a client you contract directly with the client.
Below is an indication of hours per task, we charge by project task not by time but its your choice.
To source / collate / populate content for the GrowSure Libraries 8 to 16 days
To source / capture -/ sort existing market messaging 4 to 8 days
Source / capture / competitors pitches and market material. 1 to 2 days
Co-build GTM with client 12 to 24 days
Monthly platform usage reviews 1 -2 days
Quarterly reviews and reset. 2 - 3 days

What are the rules?
You must have a minimum GrowSure Individual subscription to enable you to access your clients platforms, and to use daily to grow your client list
GrowSure uses and enforces its code of conduct, and advisors maintain accreditation based on client feedback.
Our goal is not to apply rules around your activities or business but to protect the brand for all advisors to prosper.
Our agreement authorises us to maintain agreed contact with your clients for customer feedback both on the platform and the support they receive.
You will receive copies of the communication along with the schedule.

How do I manage multiple clients using the platform
The GrowSure platform was built to enable you to access the subscriptions of multiple clients through a single portal, The clients must invite you but then its. simple case of switching between clients within your own subscription.
Outreach is about identifying buyers and engaging with them, it is a highly sought after skill, and it is life or death for outreach dependant companies. There are thousands of outreached focussed companies who want to do better
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I qualify to join the outreach community, not every one does
If you are a business developer, sales person or small business owner that conducts outreach activities and depends on outreach success then you qualify. We want people who will leverage this opportunity and use if to grow, learn and increase income. There is no downside only upside.
Things you can do and cannot do as part of the community
There is no fee, however all members must follow our code of conduct;
If the code of conduct is breached and GrowSure decides the breach is serious then your will be removed from the community and its benefits.
Consultants or companies looking to self promote will be excluded. Companies trying to push other products or services will be excluded. We encourage input and opinion but we don't attack individuals or their beliefs. We will offer all the options for people to make up their own mind.
Can I get paid for referring prospects to GrowSure
GrowSure achieves the majority of our growth from conducting outreach activities. There are many key indicators when outreach is failing, like job adds and staff turnover, however we are always on the look out for companies whose outreach is not performing
We pay a referral fee up to $5000 AUD for successful leads and have multiple companies and high worth individuals thats we work with. (conditions apply)

Can Growsure help me prepare for an interview
When a GrowSure client company embraces it changes how sales many things but recruitment is probably one of the major changes.
The structure of job descriptions needs to reflect the go to market plan and we provide clients with final candidate assessments for Senior Sales Leaders, Sales Managers and Salespeople.
Its very hard not to be found out in this process, we will be running regular webinars to take people through the format.
How can I become an Advisor and start my own advisory business?
To be an advisor you need to know the platform and understand the secrets that it extracts, there all advisors must have been subscribers for a minimum of twelve months or attend an intensive training and coaching course run periodically by GrowSure.

1. Introduction
The GrowSure Outreach Community (hereinafter referred to as "the Community") is committed to promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all members.
2. General Principles
All members of the Community are expected to:
- Act with integrity and respect towards others at all times.
- Do not promote any product or service
- Do not denigrate or attack the opinion or comments of any other member of the Community
- Accept decisions of officials without dispute.
- Refrain from using inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language and gestures.
- Make an effort to like, comment, share posts of GrowSure and the Community.
Disciplinary Actions
GrowSure reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against any member who breaches the Code, including but not limited to:
- Verbal or written warnings.
- Suspension from participation in Community activities.
- Expulsion from the Community.
6. Reporting Violations
Any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the Community's designated official at info@grow-sure.com.au. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
7. Review and Amendments
This Code of Conduct will be reviewed annually and may be amended by the GrowSure as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
By following this Code of Conduct, we can ensure that the Community remains a worthwhile use of time and resources for all.

Can I build my own consulting business using the GrowSure process and platform
Once companies and outreach professional becoming fimaliar with and start uisng the GrowSure plytform they begin to realise how many steps are missed everyday that end up in wasted outreach spend adn poor results.
Companies have two choices, train an internal resources or contract and exteranl GrowSure professional who has access to learnings form all the GrowSure engagements and can leverage the GrowSure advisor team.
Our advisors help companies build their initial plan, then advisor on a retain basis to deploy the plan and the projects to improve, review and relaunch on a ongoing basis.
You work for yourself supported by GrowSure, we are not bound by borders, timelines or hourly rates. We charge for outcomes.
