Most of our clients are already spending on outreach either by directly funding activity or by the use of resources and time.

Our role is to make that time and spend effective.

We have a marketing team so why do this?

There is distinct difference between marketing spend and outreach spend.

Marketing follows a well-established process designed to identify buyers and place promotional content where those buyers are most likely to engage. In many cases, marketing focuses on companies and people who are already in the market to buy.

Outreach does not replace marketing — it complements it.

While the software itself has gone through multiple upgrades to make it highly user-friendly, GrowSure made the decision in 2024 that the platform should not be sold as standalone SaaS software.

Our advisors work closely with clients through weekly sessions to build, refine, and implement their outreach strategy and tactical execution.

We don’t simply provide software.

There is no time during a GrowSure engagement that you are left alone and its just not our coaching and software its the sharing of multiple GrowSure engagements that we share with you.

What are my chances of success?

Fair to say that with the GrowSure people, process, and platform on your side, your chances of success increase significantly.

Most companies focus heavily on outputs — sales, revenue, and what is forecast to close. But focusing only on pipeline conversion does little to consistently create new pipeline opportunities.

After the first engagement we will work out a brief, what resources you will need to commit and what GS resources and work out the fees and meeting schedules.

We encourage a wide range of stakeholders and strongly advice Executive involvement and reporting through to board level.

We split your stakeholder into those who manage the day to day of the build, those who provide input and those who sign off on the output.

At the end of the build you have a highly detailed plan ready to deploy, or use for investment or finance.

A GrowSure plan is somewhere between twenty to thirty pages of inputs to build the three page plan, it shows all the inputs to be challenged and improved.
